Founded in 1991 by Sherri Hall and now led by her daughter, Jennifer, Maplelane has spent over 30 years perfecting the art of the Golden Retriever. Relocated from our Alliston Event Center to the serene highlands of Minden, Ontario, we continue our mission: breeding the ultimate companion through a blend of heritage, health, and elite professional training.

Preserving the Breed
As breed preservationists, we strive to honor the Scottish roots of the Golden Retriever—a powerful, athletic sporting dog. Our goal is to produce dogs that adhere strictly to the breed standard in beauty, health, and temperament.
Elite Health Testing: All sires and dams are screened via the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals for hips, elbows, eyes, and heart, alongside comprehensive DNA testing for hereditary diseases.
Guaranteed Quality: Every puppy is CKC registered and comes with a two-year health guarantee and a lifetime of support.

The Fall 2026 Season at Maplelane
Upcoming Breeding & Litters: We are expecting North to come into heat in the next few weeks and plan to breed her shortly after. Her upcoming litter will be due around November, and all puppies from this litter are already fully spoken for.
Boarding & Training Schedule:
September: Fully booked for both Boarding and Training, thank you!
October: We have openings for both Training and Boarding clients, send us an inquiry to secure your spot!
November & December: To dedicate our full attention to North's newborn puppies, we will not be accepting training clients or new boarding clients during November and December.
Returning Boarding Clients: We continue to welcome our returning boarding dogs throughout November and December. Please reach out early to secure your dates.
